Wish We Could Be-Maya

Music Video

Taylor had the opportunity to shoot and edit a music video for the singer, Maya. She was on a team of 4 women, Courtey O'Mara, Clare Quin, Karlee Schmitt, Lauren Galloway, and myself. They all had our hands in the shooting of both the multi-cam and b-roll footage of this video. They used a Sony video recorder and three-point lighting. No microphones were used, but the studio copy of Wish We Could Be was authorized for our use.

Tay;pr was able to edit my own cut, which is to the left here. She used Adobe Premiere 2015 CC to edit and Adobe Media Encoder to transcode footage.

The Brockport Experience

The Brockport Experience was our Pop Vox project, or voice of the people. Taylor was on a team of 3 people, Gregory Elias, David Palmer, and herself. They wanted to give the students of The College at Brockport a chance to say what they liked and disliked most about their experience.

They used a Sony video camera, lavaliere microphone, and natural lighting to film this. Taylor also recorded the voice over for this using an audio studio and Adobe Audition 2015 CC.

She edited my own cut of this video, which is to the left. Taylor used Adobe Premiere CC 2015.

Student Feature:
Brianna Harris

The Student Feature Video was a project Taylor and Kevin Krotz filmed together. We chose to put a spotlight on a collegiate level student-athlete, Brianna Harris. In this video, we use b-roll and interview footage to tell her story of how she balances school work, a social life, and her Division III sport.

Taylor used a Sony video recorder to film, as well as a lavaliere microphone, and three-point lighting.

While they both shot the footage, Taylor edited her own cut, which is to the left. Taylor recorded the voice-over herself using Adobe Audition 2015 CC. She used Adobe Premiere 2015 CC to edit the video
